Course Outline:
Vital to the performance of your organisation, particularly in recession times, is your ability to work with reliable and supportive suppliers. Suppliers who continuously deliver quality goods and services on time and at competitive costs.

As suppliers become extensions of your own operations you need to put a supplier appraisal methodology and model in place, to be able to identify the information needed to choose the right supplier and to recognise the risks at the assessment stage so you can put development and contingencies in place.

The re-appraisal and evaluation of existing or future suppliers is a prerquisite for any successful negotiation.
