The role of Recruitment Consultant here at Hudson provides a varied, commercially-focused career in a competitive results-orientated environment. We currently have a vacancy in our Supply Chain & Procurement team for a person who is looking for a company who can support and develop career recruiters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building your own business and identify business solutions for clients
• Working to sales targets
• Business development and cold calling companies
• Marketing and advertising on-line to generate candidates
• Interview and selection of candidates
• Assessing and short-listing candidates
• Client visits
• Negotiate rates and close deals
• Database management

Ideal Candidate

You must be career-driven, motivated, have a love of sales with the ability to build and maintain relationships.  Confidence is an absolute must, as is the drive and determination to build a successful career in a dynamic and energetic company. If you are tenacious, passionate and can demonstrate success academically, in sport or at work, we would like to hear from you. Previous recruitment experience is not a pre-requisite - the majority of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries into which they now recruit, adding real value to the recruitment process.
