Accenture is recruiting a Supply Chain Team Leader

Supply Chain Controls Team Lead  

This OEM Supply Chain Controls Team Lead will be responsible for managing the team of Supply Chain Controls Analysts, ensuring that a quality service is delivered.
This person will ensure that the analyst team meets the eOEM Service Level Agreement (SLA) and will be required to report monthly on KPI's, escalating any issues as appropriate.
In addition the Team Lead will be accountable for staff motivation, training, performance mgmt, recruitment, coaching and development.
On a day-to-day basis the Team Lead will work primarily in Supply Chain Controls & Security responsible for timely and accurate execution of the operational controls and security programs that meet or exceed the business requirements for revenue assurance, regulatory compliance, and business process controls.  
  
Responsibilities:
  • Motivate the team and drive them to achieve their SLAs in every instance
  • Drive the improvement of team performance against SLAs by analysing metrics for trending of type, volume drivers and root cause of out of SLA
  • Ensure that staff adhere to OEM policies and procedures and participate in updating/ improving policies and procedures as necessary
  • Ensure that staff are adequately trained and have a good understanding of their roles and responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and direction where necessary and assist in resolving any issues
  • Appropriate & timely escalation/resolution of Controls issues. Sound judgement is a prerequisite here as all decisions must be within programme guidelines and established policies and procedures
  • Ensure knowledge data base for SC Controls is continually expanded and improved
  • Support the controls and security model for Programmes launched by the MS Supply Chain team

Qualifications and Key Skills Required:

  • 3 - 5 years of related experience including team management experience
  • 3rd level qualification or degree preferably in supply chain management, operations, business or accounting
  • Should have an accounting/auditing/business analysis background
  • Advanced computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access or SQL Query Analyser - an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience developing people through performance management
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively report and present the results of detailed analysis to management
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions to complex problems
  • Solid process/procedure development skills
  • Ability to plan, schedule and organise activities for self and others
  • Project management skills an advantage
