Supply Chain Manager
Acting as a key member of the Site Management Team, with particular responsibility for delivery performance, this position reports to the 3rd Party Value Stream Lead and is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will:
Be a qualified, experienced professional with a proven track record of success preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Develop the customer service function in conjunction with the supply chain.
Have a strong empathy with customer requirements and an ability to work cross functionally.
Develop strong working relationships with key customers across Europe.
Provide leadership for a team of five to manage the customer demand.
Be capable of initiating and managing operational improvements
Have a thorough understanding of and previous experience in Lean tools and techniques
Requirements:
Business or Pharmaceutical related Degree qualified
Successfully completed probationary period
Have previous experience in delivering world class customer service to International customers.
Thorough knowledge of ERP systems
Strong Commercial awareness
Sales experience would be any advantage but not essential
A proven identifiable track record of success in a similar environment
Developed leadership skills that lead to results through people
Excellent interpersonal skills
