Supply Chain Adminstrator - 11 Month Temporary Contract

This role is largely administrative but strong analytical skills are necessary.
This role would suit an individual who is interested in pursuing a career in Supply Chain. This will support Planning team on day to day activities and will provide exposure of the various key players that one must interact with e.g. customers, suppliers, warehouses etc

Position Purpose:

Support planners in carrying out product allocations on SAP (N3P and P24)

Support planner with the Streck order process

To run and publish various departmental reports

To follow up with Customer service and ensure that sales orders are being fulfilled from alternate DC where product is not available in primary

To work on GRIR and purchase reconciliation report in order to resolve backlog

To lead the Below safety stock analysis daily highlighting to planners items requiring immediate attention

To expedite orders with suppliers/manufacturing

Capabilities: 

Preferably APICs/part APICs qualified

Very organized and able to meet deadlines

Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem solving capability with attention to detail

Proficient in Advanced MS Excel

SAP experience advantageous 

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at various levels

Organisational Relationships:

This position will report directly to a Planner within the Global Supply Chain planning department
