Purchasing/Goods Inwards Administrator Based Dublin 22

 
This is a temporary position with a view to becoming permanent
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Ordering goods from suppliers
  • Processing advice notes and invoices
  • Coding invoices for Intrastat Returns
  • Enter Purchase Orders onto system
  • Checking prices and availability of goods
  • Process stock adjustments
  • Price check and stock code all invoices
  • General administration, filing & answering telephone
     
Candidate :     
  • Flexible and forward thinking individual required
  • Used to working in a pressurised environment
  • Good team-worker
  • Must have good level of Word & Excel
  • Must be very numerate and have high level of accuracy
  • High level of data entry required so good typing speed essential
  • Must have excellent English
  • Experience in a similar role desirable.
     
Education & Qualification:
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
