Job Title: Commercial, Planning & Purchasing Administrator
Reports To: Sales Manager
Business Unit: Keelings Fresh
Location: North County Dublin
Overall Purpose of the Job:
To support the Commercial Accounts & Planning / Purchasing Teams in each of the product categories for various clients of the Business.
Main Responsibilities:
- To liaise with relevant suppliers regarding product supply.
- Managing and updating Daily Stock Sheet.
- To process appropriate paperwork for each order.
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.
Main Duties:
- Placing purchase orders with Suppliers.
- To monitor/manage raw material stock levels.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Taking orders from customers/sales invoice.
- Liaising with the alternative departments to ensure that all orders are processed.
- Running reports in KBS / Diver.· Waste / claims management.
- Communicating all relevant information between internal departments and external customers / Suppliers.
- Data entry.
- General Commercial ad hoc duties.
- Filing and maintaining all paperwork.
Person Specification
Educational Standards:
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical ability
- IT skills are prerequisite i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point
Core Competencies:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use one's initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Special Circumstances:
- Flexible & able to work 5 days out of 7, Saturday work may be necessary
- Must have access to own transport
