Purchasing
Manager
The Blackrock Clinic, one of
Ireland leading Private Hospitals, are now recruiting for the Position of
Purchasing Manager. Reporting to the head of finance the successful
candidate will have responsibility for:

Managing complex and
varied purchasing and supply functions

Developing and
implementing a purchasing strategy to acheive cost reductions
-
Together with other
senior staff, managing the hospital's significant annual purchasing
budget
The successful candidate
should have:

Strong commercial acumen
and good negotiating skills

Ability to communicate
with both clinical and non-clinical personnel

A proven tract record in
a large organisation
-
A recognised
qualification in Purchasing and Supply Management, although not
necessary, would be an advantage
