Group Buying ControllerDue to rapid and continuing expansion, Shaws Almost Nationwide, one of Ireland's most progressive retail Groups, has an opportunity for a Group Buying Controller, operating in Portlasise. They are seeking a dynamic, creative hardworking individual with a proven track record who is a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for their team of Group Buyers and the procurement of all merchandise purchased for their department stores. Their new Group Buying Controller will need to be committed to making a difference and must have the ability to negotiate terms and cost price effectively as well as developing all product sectors. The job entails working with all management and being responsible for achieving and maintaining standards of excellence across the total marketing mix throughout the branch network.
