Summary

Do you have experience in account management and end to end supply chain design? If you answered yes to these questions then read on.

The Entertainment & Devices Division in the European Operations Centre is responsible for managing the Supply Chain for our Xbox business, online games, consumer hardware and software and Surface.

We’re looking for a motivated self starter who is capable of proactively managing our key accounts and identifying and implementing improvement initiatives with these customers, to drive our customer experience to best in class. Also key to the role is the ability to manage strategic projects to successful implementation. This position will afford you the opportunity to work across all functions in the regional supply chain.

Responsibilities
•Key partner for our accounts in respect of all supply chain processes
•Develop an in-depth understanding of our customer’s supply chain and strategy and identify and implement end to end win/win solutions for customer and MS across the combined supply chain
•Provide input to develop and help drive our joint value programs with key accounts
Proactively identify best practice and industry trends in region and drive regional channel development with the relevant stakeholders
Drive revenue enablement for key accounts
Responsible for Dynamic Order Management processes E2E
•Drive continuous improvement of key operations processes
•Lead cross-functional, cross-geographical and outsourced teams (run business and project)
Work closely with the sales team and customer accounts to complete ‘Season’ planning and drive operational readiness and ensure 100% execution
Manage launch checklist and execution for all product launches
Manage sales support resolution: contracts, pricing, price protections, returns, rebates and credit &collections ecalations
Drive regional input to the customer agreement addendums and statement of operations procedure.
Maintain and update all customer relationship management documents and processes and update accordingly
Follow up on resolution of issues and perform root cause analysis of key operational data to identify recurring regional issues and develop programs that eliminate them.
Provide weekly activity report and produce monthly status report and KPI on activities (OTRQ, CTS, Query ratio, ISP).

Essential Requirement
1.A third level degree is essential
2.Ideally 6 years account management expertise
3.Has partnered at senior levels in retail to design and implement customer specific joint value programs
4.Proven track record as supply chain planning & design expert (multi projects, end to end supply chain impact incl. customer, suppliers, vendors etc.)
5.Has partnered across the supply chain and cross-functional teams to drive end to end supply chain cost reduction and savings realisation
6.Extensive project management experience

VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Experience
Launch management expertise
Project management qualification
